Our TradingView indicators are published as invite-only protected scripts. By purchasing access you agree to the following restrictions:

Access is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable
Scripts may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or gifted to any third party
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any protected script is strictly prohibited
Screenshots or recordings of indicator logic used to recreate or replicate the product are prohibited
ThinkOrSwim (TOS) scripts provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or republished in any form

Violations may result in immediate access revocation without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Third-Party Platforms

Precision Trading Tools LLC is an independent vendor on the TradingView platform and publishes indicators under the handle @MohaveTrader. We are a paid third-party publisher and are not employed by, officially endorsed by, or affiliated with TradingView Inc. beyond our vendor relationship.

Select indicators are also made available for the ThinkOrSwim platform by TD Ameritrade/Charles Schwab. Precision Trading Tools LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, or any of their subsidiaries.

We are not affiliated with any broker, exchange, or financial institution. Any platform, broker, or service mentioned on this site is referenced for informational purposes only.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Access to our indicators is provided on a subscription basis processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to the following terms:

Subscription fees are billed on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual)
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Upon cancellation or non-payment, TradingView invite access will be revoked
Due to the immediate digital nature of access granted, all sales are final and refunds are not provided except at the sole discretion of Precision Trading Tools LLC
