Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or purchasing any product from Precision Trading Tools LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of precisiontradingtools.com and any associated products delivered via TradingView or ThinkOrSwim.

Educational Use Only

All indicators, tools, content, and materials provided by Precision Trading Tools LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Use of our tools does not guarantee any particular outcome. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Access and Accounts

Access to our indicators is granted on a per-user basis following a completed purchase. To receive access you must provide a valid TradingView username at checkout. You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate and current TradingView username at the time of purchase
• Notifying us promptly if your TradingView username changes so access can be updated
• All activity conducted under your account or access credentials
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others

For ThinkOrSwim indicator access, scripts are delivered directly and are subject to the same use restrictions outlined in these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Our indicators are offered on a subscription basis, billed through Stripe on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual). By completing a purchase you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at support@precisiontradingtools.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
• Upon cancellation or failed payment, TradingView invite access will be revoked
• Precision Trading Tools LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time.

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, contact us within 7 days at support@precisiontradingtools.com. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Precision Trading Tools LLC.

Intellectual Property and License

All indicators, Pine Script code, ThinkScript code, documentation, branding, and content produced by Precision Trading Tools LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Precision Trading Tools LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the indicator(s) you have subscribed to. This license does not constitute a sale of the product. You do not own the underlying code or logic.

This license explicitly prohibits:

• Sharing, transferring, reselling, or gifting your access to any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any protected script
• Republishing, redistributing, or repackaging any indicator or script in any form
• Using screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of indicator logic to recreate or replicate the product
• Sharing ThinkOrSwim scripts with any other user or platform

Violations will result in immediate access revocation without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

Prohibited Use

In addition to the intellectual property restrictions above, you agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use our tools in a manner that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our services
• Misrepresent our products or make false claims about their performance
• Use our branding, name, or content without prior written permission

Third-Party Platforms

Our indicators are delivered through TradingView and ThinkOrSwim. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Precision Trading Tools LLC is an independent vendor on TradingView and is not affiliated with, employed by, or endorsed by TradingView Inc., TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, or any broker or exchange.

We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platforms that may affect indicator functionality, availability, or access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Trading Tools LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products, trading losses, platform outages, or reliance on any content or indicator output. Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
